Main Mosque Terms of Use
By using the Main Mosque web or mobile apps, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service
Main Mosque provides web and mobile tools to view salah times, announcements, reminders, live streams, directories, and to register/manage masjids and donations.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. The service is not directed to children under 13.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt systems, submit unlawful content, or infringe others’ rights. Masjid admins must only upload accurate timings, announcements, and media they are authorized to share.
4. Donations & payments
Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). We do not store full card or bank details. All donations are final unless required by law. Masjid owners are responsible for accurate allocation and reporting.
5. Notifications & reminders
You can enable/disable notifications and reminders in the app or device settings. Some features (e.g., reminders) may rely on permissions and background services; disabling them may limit functionality.
6. Content
You retain rights to your content but grant us a license to host and display it for the service. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
7. Data & privacy
Your personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy (see /privacy-policy). By using the service, you agree to that policy.
8. Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be discontinued. We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. Prayer times, announcements, and masjid content may come from third parties; verify locally when critical.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of £50 or the amount you paid to use the service in the preceding 12 months.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or legal requirements. Certain obligations (e.g., payment, limitation of liability) survive termination.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in England and Wales, subject to applicable consumer protections.
